Arcadia Policies

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and remain full responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times

Arcadia does not accept the responsibility for the supervision of children.

Arcadia’s soft play is for use by children of the age of 10 years and under

• Parents and guardians should always accompany children to the toilets.
• Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times.
• Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be
  asked to leave.
• Parents must report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. You must not attempt to intervene yourself.
• No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.
  Only food purchased at Arcadia may be consumed on the premises.

Playing Safely

• Please do not play in front of the slide exits.
• Soft play blocks must not be taken off the ground floor and put in entrance or exits of slides.
• The under 18 month area is strictly for supervised children under 18 months of age and soft play blocks should not be removed from
  this area.
• It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or outside of the system structure.
• We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers.
  Clothes should be tucked in at all times
